Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation, type of service booked, and specific circumstances of the request.
Refunds are typically processed back to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Standard Cancellations:
More than 24 hours before scheduled pickup: Customers may be eligible for a full refund.
Within 24 hours of scheduled pickup: Cancellations may incur up to a 100% cancellation fee.
Same-Day Bookings:
If a booking is made and canceled on the same day of service, refunds may not be issued.
No-Show Policy:
If the passenger fails to show up at the pickup location without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
United Limo of LI reserves the right to cancel a booking under rare circumstances, including but not limited to:
Vehicle breakdowns
Driver emergencies
Severe weather conditions
Events beyond our reasonable control
In such cases:
Customers will receive a full refund for prepaid services, or
Alternative arrangements will be offered at no additional cost.
While we strive to provide punctual service, we cannot guarantee arrival times due to factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, road closures, etc.).
Refunds will not be issued for missed flights, events, or appointments caused by such external factors.
Partial refunds or credits may be considered in the following cases:
Service Quality Issues: If service quality falls short due to driver conduct or vehicle condition, and after investigation, the issue is validated.
Service Modifications: If a booking is shortened or modified (e.g., hourly service ends earlier than scheduled), we may issue a partial refund for unused hours.
Certain charges are non-refundable, including:
Administrative or processing fees
Tolls, parking, and third-party fees already incurred
Additional services requested during the ride (such as extra stops or waiting time)
For large groups, corporate events, or special occasions requiring multiple vehicles:
A deposit may be required at the time of booking.
Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 7 days of the scheduled service.
Full payment may be forfeited if cancellations occur within 48 hours of the event.
Gift cards and promotional vouchers issued by United Limo of LI are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
They may only be applied to eligible services as specified at the time of issue.
