United Limo of LI offers premium transportation solutions, including but not limited to airport transfers, corporate travel, road shows, concerts and events, hourly service, and personal travel. All services are subject to availability and confirmation of booking.
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Minors must be accompanied by an adult when using our services.
How to Book: Reservations may be made online, by phone, or via email.
Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email or message from us.
Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate details including pickup/drop-off locations, travel times, and passenger information.
Special Requests: Any special requirements (child seats, luggage needs, etc.) must be communicated during booking.
Rates: All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars and may vary based on service type, distance, time, and special requirements.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
Billing: Payment is required before or at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made.
Additional Charges: Extra fees may apply for tolls, parking, waiting time, additional stops, and cleaning in case of vehicle damage.
Cancellation by Customer:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the fare.
Cancellation by Company:
We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle breakdowns, extreme weather, or emergencies). In such cases, you will receive a full refund or alternative arrangements.
Timeliness: Passengers are expected to be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time. Delays may result in additional charges.
Conduct: Passengers must behave respectfully toward chauffeurs and maintain proper conduct during the ride. Abusive behavior, illegal activity, or unsafe actions will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
Belongings: Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. United Limo of LI is not liable for lost or damaged items left in vehicles.
Safety: We provide vehicles maintained to high safety standards and employ licensed, trained chauffeurs.
Punctuality: While we strive to ensure timely arrivals, traffic, weather, and unforeseen events may cause delays. We are not liable for missed flights, events, or appointments due to such circumstances.
Service Quality: We are committed to delivering professional, reliable, and comfortable service at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, United Limo of LI shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or factors beyond our control.
Loss or theft of personal belongings during service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.
You may not use our services for:
Transporting illegal goods or substances.
Engaging in unlawful or fraudulent activities.
Harassing, endangering, or abusing drivers or other passengers.
Damaging company vehicles or equipment.
Violation of these rules may result in refusal of service and legal action.
All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of United Limo of LI and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without prior written consent.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
United Limo of LI is not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, accidents, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless United Limo of LI, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion if a customer violates these Terms, engages in misconduct, or poses a safety risk to others.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located within New York State.
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
